A CATHOLIC FAMILY FARM
AND RESTAURANT

THERE ARE MANY THINGS TO CONSIDER
IN THIS COOPERATIVE EFFORT.
 
THIS IS NOT A SMALL PROJECT. 
IT WILL TAKE THE COOPERATION
OF SEVERAL FAMILIES (5-6 at least!)
TO MAKE IT WORK! 

THIS TOTAL PROJECT IS TO BE DONE IN STEPS.

1.  Pray for all Seven Gifts Of The Holy Ghost:
WISDOM, COUNSEL, UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE,
FORTITUDE, PIETY, AND FEAR OF THE LORD.
( Isaias 11: 1-3)

2.  Arrange a Legal Entity
to hold title to the farmland,
IN PERPETUITY.
This Legal Entity could be a
Partnership, a Corporation,
or a Real Estate Investment Trust.

3.  Find interested families,
and ask them to contribute
to the trust fund in order to acquire
money for a down payment.
One share would equal $1,000.00.

4.  Search for appropriate farmland,
and be ready to use
the down payment fund,
if suitable land is found.

5.  The land can be of various acreages,
but at least 30 acres is necessary.
Larger parcels of any size are possible,
and with more land,
more can be acccomplished,
in the long range plans
of this total project.

6.  Each family involved
will have at least one or two acres
on which to build their own house,
when they are ready.

7.  Certain acres are to be set aside:
for home construction:
 for the Family Farm Restaurant:
 for the Farm and Produce Stand:
for the barn and ponies,
because we intend to provide
pony rides for children.

8. Certain acres will be used for a Chapel
and a Conference Center. 


9.  Certain acres will be set aside for
the Outdoor Stations of the Cross and
for the Outdoor Mysteries of the Rosary

10.  Certain acres could be set aside
for a Catholic Grade School,
and for a Catholic High School,
so that Authentic Catholicism
could be taught in the proper manner!

All of these plans, and more, will take
the help of many interested people.
We start small, and make it grow,
with prayer, fasting and almsgiving
all along the way!

When we pray,

5.  A FAMILY FARM BAKERY.

6.  A FAMILY FARM PRODUCE STAND.

7.  FRUIT TREE ORCHARDS
AND BERRY PATCHES.

8.  A LARGE GRAPE ARBOR.

9.  A BICYCLE PATH
FOR FAMILY CYCLING.

10.  A PRAYER CHAPEL
FOR FAMILY PRAYER.

11.  OUTDOOR STATIONS
OF THE CROSS.

12.  OUTDOOR MYSTERIES
OF THE HOLY ROSARY.

13.  CONFERENCE CENTER.

14.  CATHOLIC GRADE SCHOOL.

15.  CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL.

THIS LARGE PROJECT
 COULD EMPLOY 5 - 10 FAMILIES
EVENTUALLY, AND IT WOULD
BE ACCOMPLISHED IN STAGES.
